How long is the Invisalign treatment?
The period of treatment depends on each individual and invisalign-trained dentist who went through invisalign training. Normally, the duration of treatment for adults is around 12 to 18 months and for teenagers will depend on a case by case basis.
How often do I need to visit my dentist during invisalign treatment?
You will need to visit an invisalign-trained dentist for a check up once in 6-8 weeks. This is to inspect the progress of the treatment. During the inspection, your dentist will check if the device is still intact and will adjust according to the necessity.
How often should I change my Invisalign
Normally, you will change every 2 weeks. However, please follow instructions from the dentist for when you should change the instruments since it may vary case by case.
